Kailey
Director
Kailey is a project manager and community organizer. She’s worked on games like Sashimi Slammers and some other unreleased projects that will most likely never come out. Her background is in production management and design but is passionate about building communities. When she is not planning events for ICG she is director of a local contemporary dance collective and taking care of her pup.

Matt
Director
Matt is a tech artist and educator pursuing a M.Ed. from Depaul University. He is a student-teacher in Chicago Public Schools on the West Side, focusing on Mathematics and Learning Behavior. He continues to focus heavily on games-as-community, with past involvement in JDE, DPU esports, and DeRPG. Currently, he aids in running the TTRPG, TCG, and Esports clubs at his school when not riding the CTA.

Seb
Director
Seb is a local artist, animator, and game developer. Their personal work ranges from horror to experimental narrative, focusing on games as a multimedia art form. They believe strongly in the ability of games to bring people together- both in-person and online- and seek to support this through community organization and their other work with Indie City Games. When confronted with allegations of raising a large skeletal army in secret, they responded that these were merely "unfounded rumors."

Jonah
Director
Jonah is the founder of Bumblebean Games and has brought games like Sewer Sewer, Ewe Shall Not Pass, and Nokandu to local indie events. With a background in music and architecture, he pivoted into game dev during the pandemic when he learned to code in Unity. He is an active swimmer on the Chicago Smelts, a queer swim team in Lakeview, and loves swimming in the lake during the summer. He moved to Chicago from Sydney, Australia and is eager to contribute to the growing community of local indie developers.
